Buy-up or clearance?
If the value outweighs the work, it is a buy-up: you receive money. If there is more to dispose of than to sell, it becomes a clearance, with the proceeds offset against the cost. You always get one price.
Small batches
We make an offer from around 25 items or for A-grade furniture. We collect smaller batches by van for a fixed collection fee.

How quickly will I get an offer?
You will receive an official offer within 24 hours of the value scan.
Do you come and take a look first?
Usually not: with photos or a short video of each room, we can analyse the rooms and make an offer. We only visit for large premises (more than around 150 items).
What happens to the furniture?
A-grade furniture goes to OPNIEUW! first. The rest goes through our webshop, trade partners, export or as parts. Anything that really cannot be used any more is recycled responsibly.
